I have installed VS2010 and MOSS 2010 .I dont find a place to change the IDE Version.Plz help me

Sounds like the code you're trying to reuse is VB code, not VBScript. I believe in VBScript, it would just be Dim Conn, without the As AdoQueryConnection.
