I'm confused, as usual. So - in the drop down for field vendor, where you have the filter for contract expired and deactivated, are you seeing the correct vendors? Because you then mention "the drop-down is displaying ALL the contracts" - but the drop down with the contracts is the Field Contracts, right? And the only filter on ...

Hahahahahah. I thought your user name looked familiar!
As I was typing out suggestions for debugging, I think I realized what the issue may be. You could have, for example, three rows for this vendor. Maybe two contracts are expired, but one is active.... right? You want to show any vendor that has at least one active, non-expired ...

Can I see a copy of your form?

The very first rule on the finishedLoading node sets the username query field in LR Admins to the current user's name, then queries the LR Admins list. Thus, if a row is returned in that data connection, the current user is an admin. Make sense?

I must not be explaining clearly - I apologize. Since you email a specific view, I'm suggesting that in one view the user enters data (like the text in the text box) and in the view you email, instead of having a text box, you'd have a calculated value that simply displays the text the user has already entered.
The reason I am ...

Have you tried using a calculated value (expression box) in the view you are sending instead of a text box?

Is this a browser form or a filler form?
If it is a browser form, you can create a specific view for emailing and for the steps for sending the email (whether this is in submit rules or on a special button in the form) you can switch views prior to sending the email. In the email view, you could try using a calculated value (expression box) ...

Hi - I'd try a new form (published to a different library) with similar logic - what happens?
I'd try adjusting the settings on the buttons - if the height is now auto, what happens if you set it to a fixed number of pixels?
I'm not sure what's going wrong for you, or whether it is specific to the form or the ...
