Hi -- Are you using InfoPath 2010?
Sometimes if I have this error, I need to open InfoPath Filler, then under "New" or "Recent", I'll see the Admin form template. Right click and choose the option to get updates, then try opening again.
If that doesn't work, let me know, or if you aren't using IP 2010....

There is going to be about 75 check boxes. While that seems to be a workaround, what would cause the "Disable this control" to be grayed out for Check Boxs? Does anyone have any idea, or a better approach to hiding items that are not checked when submitted via email?

Hi Triona,
You are correct, it is because they are repeating sections. Certain types of controls in InfoPath can't be edited in SharePoint, repeating sections and repeating data of any kind are not editable in SharePoint.

Did you use the formula editor to enter the formula or just paste it into the Value box?
-
Thanks for the quick response. I tried that as well and recieved the error message below:
An error has occurred executing the rule. Invalid command specified: concat
-
Please try this in the formula editor:
concat('ChangeSubmitUrl /submit=ShPSubmit /url=', /my:myFields/my:DocLibrary)
