I see - your posts make it sound as if it isn't possible simply because it is Office 365. That may be why you keep getting pushback on this. But what you mean is just that you don't have access to the sandbox. Perhaps in the future, you may want to include that information in your posts.

Your original question (which is what I was answering) was:
I need a form where a user can submits to a list, but can't view the list. Is this possible?
Since you asked about qRules, I assumed you were using SubmitToSharePointList. Why don't you outline what you are trying to ...
-
Well - I would think you could do this with a UDCX that uses SSO? So set up your SSO with a user that can submit to the list, and then change your submit connection to a UDCX and modify it to use the SSO. You might want to have a column for the actual user name too that you map, so you know who submitted what.

Here's a link to Jimmy's initial C# code from the beginning of the thread - hope this helps: http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/jimmy/misc/SpellNum.txt

In the initial post in this thread there is link to the tutorial on MSDN. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc162745.aspx

Hi, Guy - we do it all the time. The code has to be permitted in the sandbox, since we can't admin deploy templates on Office 365. The person publishing the form has to be a site collection admin. But we regularly use code (generally qRules, but that is a compiled code DLL) in InfoPath browser forms on Office 365.

Oh boy. Let's think about this one. I think you do want and - since if all conditions are true, you want to switch views, right? If TrainerAuth != true and SupeAuth != true and TraineeLogin != CurrentUser, then switch views?
-
Not to my knowledge - can you create a data connection and not run it on load? Then use query fields to return the records? I think you may be blocked even creating the connection if you are over the list threshold, if I remember correctly... I wonder if you use the ListData.svc?

Hey Catharine - this sounds like a postback issue of some kind, right? Since when you change views and back you get the results you expect. Any server updates? Browser updates? Different behavior in different web browsers?
-
Maybe if the query doesn't return any results, you start with 1? So you query based on facility number (or if you are returning all data already, count the rows that match) and if you have 0 matches, you use 1?
