I currently have a form built that linked successfully to my SharePoint site, the problem comes when saving the form to SharePoint. The problem comes when I have a new form for a new facility, the auto number I have setup doesn't have anything to "grab". The auto number is setup with a function that takes the ticket number and compares the facility number on the form to the facility number on the SharePoint library and adds a number to the facility number. Is there a specific condition/rule I need to setup to allow my form to generate the first number? I hope I explained this well enough, if not I can answer specific questions. Thanks

 Maybe if the query doesn't return any results, you start with 1? So you query based on facility number (or if you are returning all data already, count the rows that match) and if you have 0 matches, you use 1?
