You can set a value using xpath filtering on the row but the row has to exist. In addition the filtering can be tricky and doesn't work in all cases. A simpler solution (which would also simplify your previous challenge) would be just to use qRules. qRules comes with a SubmitToSharePointList command as well as Insert and SetValue ...

Well, that is interesting, that infopath allows to create a form but not delete a form without using a webservice. I wonder what the technical reason might be. Anyways, thanks for the info..is it possible to send a link of this DBXL Web service, that I need to install. thank you
