    There are actions that will allow creation and saving of forms but ...I want to be able to delete a form as well. Is it possible to add an action in a Rule that will delete another form submitted on Sharepoint.

    We do this all the time with DBXL Web Service, which exposes a method for deleting documents.

    You could look for a SharePoint Web Service method that deletes documents and if one exists you could write code to call it. Or, you could just install the free trial of DBXL and have it working in under an hour.

    Well, that is interesting, that infopath allows to create a form but not delete a form without using a webservice. I wonder what the technical reason might be. Anyways, thanks for the info..is it possible to send a link of this DBXL Web service, that I need to install. thank you
