Upon checking, I noticed that you were using a filter condition on the fields instead of filtering the data connection itself, please test the modified form I am attaching and check the added rule on the drop-down list control, see if this approach works for you. Also, I noticed that you were using ... Posted to General (Forum) by donstephen on 12-29-2013 Re: InfoPath repeating table showing ALL rows from data connection, how to only show populated I see. If you don't mind, would you be able to attach a sample or a copy of your form so we could investigate further? Posted to General (Forum) by donstephen on 12-29-2013 Re: InfoPath repeating table showing ALL rows from data connection, how to only show populated Hi Pam, If you are only trying to hide a row if a certain field is blank, you may use a formatting rule which hides a row if a certain condition has been met. The trick you would need to perform here is to have an identifier for the person you are sending the form to, and that would depend on how you are submitting your form. Using an identifier, set some conditional rules to hide and show these sections. I am attaching a sample ... Please also check the sample form I am attaching for reference. Notice that you can include texts and ... Hi destrok, You may re-use the field on other pages of the form by simply dragging it onto the canvas. As an addition, you can set these fields as read only to prevent the user from chaging the initial value. Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by donstephen on 12-19-2013 Re: Repeating Table and using conditional formatting Hello, It seems that the section you are using is either not a repeating table, or a different repeating table from the list you have been using. You can simply use a conditional hide formatting rule to only show rows with a published status.
