Disable all controls using code

Dear Experts, Is there a way to make the form controls disabled or read only using code based on a text box value. Im not familiar with programming so I appreciate if someone can help. Thank you so much in advance

Hi again, What's a good time to call you? I can't promise we can call over the weekend, but we'll try. If not, first thing Monday. Can you look at the event log in the Event Viewer (Start->Run eventvwr) and see if there are any errors underneath the Qdabra log? Thanks!
