Hi Johnnie M. If the SharePoint server you are installing to has port 443 configured DBXL will try to use that. Are you saying your certificate is configured to use http and not https? Try Restarting the WebService Administrator service from the console. Go to the Status Tab .... Under Web Services Administrator Services ... under Action Click the Stop Button ... then Click Start  This helped me resolve the issue
