  • Re: Thanks!

BTW: the security and trust dialog is accessible from Form Options. In 2010, go to File->Advanced Form Options and click on Security and Trust. In 2007, click on Tools->Form Options and then Security and Trust.

  • Re: Thanks!

Hi Marcel 2586, Your goal should be "domain trust" which is the default. That provides the least cost option since nothing needs to be installed and most features are supported. Restricted Trust mode is good for forms sent in email but is fairly limited. Full Trust is used for forms that have code which access files on a local computer ...

You should be able to take the existing XSN and reinject and change the setting at that time. Just another thing to watch out for. Of course, if you already injected qRules and ...

  • Re: Submit to list

Hi Pam, Are you using the latest version of qRules? We just released 3.1 last week and you should have received an email. Let me know if you didn't. In any case, v2.4 should work just like v3.1 for SubmitToSharePointList. qRules is a code library that you add to your solution. It contains the most commonly requested features that require ...

  • Re: Dropdown & normal list doesn't hold selection

Hey there. This doesn't sound normal to me; I just tried using a dropdown and TAB and I did not have that problem. Try repairing your installation of IP. Also, see if you get the same behavior on different forms. Hope this helps! Qwerty

  • Submit to list

I have a repeating table that submits to a list.  It works fine in our 2007 environment in the browser.  In 2010- I can only get it to work when I submit using the client, but when I open the form in the browser and submit, I get this error: Failed to submit to SharePoint. URL = ...

  • Re: Using rules & data connections and Submit rules

You don't need code to do this. Just use xpath to get the count of the ShP list and use concat to add it to your filename on submit.
