 I imagine that if the rich text box is enabled to receive images, and the user has a tool to capture screenshots, it's just a matter of taking the screenshot and pasting into the rich text box. Can you try this and let us know if you run into any issues?

When I customize a sharepoint list entry form with Infopath and add an Image, users that have read only access to the form cannot see the images I added.  Applying more permissions to the users such as contribute, will allow them to show.  Is there any way to display an image without giving full control? Hi. To my understanding, there is less rendering involved (and thus better performance) when you use filtering. The difference is that in filtering, rows of the repeating table are picked and then shown, whereas in conditional formatting, all the rows are "picked" and certain ones are then hidden.
