Yes. You may need to load-balance your Windows Front End machines.
Microsoft has lots of prescriptive guidance on load balancing SharePoint front ends.
Here's an example: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc288334(v=office.12).aspx

Hi Mike,
Qdabra Software provides support and accelerators to convert InfoPath forms to ASPX. We have done this many times.
Pros: faster than InfoPath form services (for large forms)
Cons: development time and maintenance cost
DBXL Web service maps data to SQL and SQL can map data to Oracle using SSIS or DTS ...

Hi Sandy,
Yes, we use the workflow impersonation step for that kind of a thing. If only we had known that's what you wanted ... :)
Happy trails,

Hi Philip,
Are you using the tutorial located here: http://www.infopathdev.com/files/folders/qrules/entry58577.aspx
Just ignore the sample form and create one from scratch following the steps from the tutorial. Should work fine.
We're here to help if you get stuck. :)

Why do you need to impersonate an account? Are you trying to connect to a SQL database or something? Better solution would be to us a Web service and do the impersonation in there.

In the SharePoint Designer when you are editing the workflow, you can get the link of the current item. It's a bit tricky but it is definitely available to you.
In the Define E-mail Message dialog, click Add or Change Lookup. Select Workflow Context as your data source and Current Item URL. Click OK.

You can add a custom column to the Tasks list to store the "formID" and have your workflow copy the ID from the current item in the form library when it is running. Then, you could change your task form to query the form library and pull data out of the promoted properties to display. Should be 30 minutes tops.

Hi Apeter and welcome,
Map to what? To SharePoint 2013 Claims based usernames?
You could concatenate multiple values using the double eval concat trick: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/infopath/archive/2006/04/05/569338.aspx
Please help us understand your scenario better for more detailed answer.
Thanks!

Hi Stara,
Is everyone using the same version of InfoPath and Outlook when they open the forms?
I'm assuming you are not using the browser forms (IPFS). Please confirm.
