Hi,

I have set-up a infopath form to submit as email attachment. However, few emails are arriving in the inbox without xml attachment (out of 1000 emails, 1 or 2 emails are missing xml attachment)

 Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Hi Stara,

Is everyone using the same version of InfoPath and Outlook when they open the forms?

I'm assuming you are not using the browser forms (IPFS). Please confirm.

Thanks for the response. 

These are not browser based forms. Also, I'm assuming these users are using the same version of IP and outlook because emails sent by the same user contains XML attachments sometimes. I'm not sure where the issue is (is it the form or shared mailbox connectivity)

Given how rare it happens it must be a special case related to installation or configuration of the local machine/account.
