Hi charris1980, The issue with re-using data in users' MySites is that each MySite is a separate Site Collection. Data in Sharepoint does not roll up across different site collections, just across the same site collection. This is a great idea though. If you have this data somewhere in a form in a Sharepoint list (library), you ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by Janice Thorne on 03-23-2009 Re: Data not visible in Sharepoint Library Hello Jdaniels, There is no way to repost the data with SharePoint alone. Once the data point is disconnected, Sharepoint doesn't "see" it until that form is exposed again. If you need to use a workflow on more than one form library, you will need to develop the workflow in .NET. If you want to have multiple workflows running in the library and have it ... Posted to General (Forum) by Janice Thorne on 03-18-2009 Re: SharePoint Workflow conditions based on Infopath field Hi JasonD, Yes, it is definitely possible. As long as the field is promoted, you should be able to use it in the workflow regardless if it is an action or a condition. Are you getting an error, or just not seeing the field? If the workflow is not acting as expected, after every action, use "write to workflow history" so you can see ...
