Is it required to have a certificate to publish an InfoPath form to SharePoint?

We have created an infoPath (2007) form that uses multiple data connections to populate the form, sumbit it to a webservice, emails a couple of users, and adds an entry to a SharePoint Library (MOSS 2007).  Everything works well until we publish it to SharePoint.

It appers to publish correctly with no errors and it recognizes all the fields, etc., but when the user who created the form selects "New" in SharePoint, fills in the form and then submits it everything works correctly for him.  I however, am a SharePoint administrator with full control but I can't see the form in the SharePoint library that he can, the library is empty for me but not for him (not a refresh or cache issue).

If I do the same process, everthing seems to submit correctly except there is no entry into the SharePoint library that either of us can see.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hello Showet,

To troubleshoot, set up a test user in AD and give him read/write access to Sharepoint library. Sign in as that user and see if you can see the document. In 2007, administrators are not automatically given permission to view library contents, so maybe it is just as simple as adding yourself manually to the library.

Another thing to check is if you have draft versioning enabled on your library. If you do, chances are that only the library admins/approvers can view those drafts. Let me know what you find.

I created a new user, I made them a site owner with full control, but no InfoPath form is visible in the library.  Also versioning is not turned on for this library.

I appears that the only person that can see the InfoPath form inside of this document library is the person who created the form, I guess I could understand how InfoPath might do this , but I don't understand how SharePoint would handle this, and I don't know how to fix it.

Thanks for any other suggestions you can make.

    Showet,

Check the item level permissions of the form you submitted. Let me know who it is listing as having access.

Thanks for the help Janice.  I think I found the problem though.  I checked all the permissions as you suggested and everything looked good, the items should have been displayed.

What I did next was to delete the Form Library and use InfoPath Publish to re-create it, and then eveything started working correctly.  There must have been something corrupted even though it was not evident.

    Thanks for your help.
