Within the View I converted the Char PK field into an INTand changed the FK field into an INTdatatype.  That seems to have worked.

Thanks again Swathip, you've helped me loads.  One more question about Views. If a form is opened and has two Views. When one View has default values, do these default values still submit to the database even if the View is never "viewed"? Hope that makes sense.  Thanks
