There are no errors. I have tried to do some changes in the path to the id field, then I get errors. It’s now as it was before and I get an ID value – I wonder why.But It’s working J J which is the most important.

I don't see anything off hand. Can you put the Errors node from the Qdabra Rules data source on your form and try again, see if any errors are displayed?

Skarn,  I tried editing XSL files and it works well. But the first cell after page 1 is empty. Any idea on how to resolve this issue?   Thanks a lot    

It submits succesful to the library and to the list. I have attach the form, I hope you are able to see what I have done wrong.
