  • Re: Read-Only Attachments... why oh why :|

How about adding another button to the read-only page that takes the user to a new view that has only the attachment(s)? You could hide the button if the form does not have an attachment. Put another button on the attachment page to bring the user back to the read only page. If this is a web-enabled form published to SharePoint I have a ...

  • Re: False Selection

I am using 2003 and it doesn't appear to have the logic or rule inspector.  I would attach the form but it is connected to a Sharepoint library that I cannot give you access to.  Any other suggestions?

  • Re: Apend values from multiple checkboxes to email subject line?

I'm glad you were able to get the concat working.. If you need to have a comma you could add the comma to each value when the box is checked. Normally if I do something like this I just make the check-box value like this ( value ). Now the values look better and are easier to read when they are published to ...

  • Re: switch to edit mode on button click

The way you save the infomation depends on how it is used. EX: We track documents from begining to end, with internal archiving happening within the form itself.  This has to be self contained within one form, or you would end up with a SP list thanks extremely long and not really easy to read. In your case, it sound like your using the SP ...

  • Re: Data Validation error in Repeating Table / Section

Hi Jimmy, thanks again for getting back to me so quickly, unfortunately the workaround suggested doesn't seem to work.  I even copied the xpath directly from the data source to ensure I had it down right but inserting a new row still results in the date field becoming a required field :(

  • Read-Only Attachments... why oh why :|

One of the forms I've had to create has got quite a few fields on it and when the form is complete it should go to a read-only view. I've done this and it works fine, except the attachments won't open in the read-only view. I've done some reading and it appears to be a 'feature'. The suggestion I've seen is to remove ...

Actually, I'd like to look at a copy of your template. You can either attach it using the options tab, or reply to the email I'm about to send you via the forum.
