I guess the first thing I'd check (I'm sure you've done this) is that the Form Status field is the value I expect.... So, I'd probably download the actual XML from the library, and open it in a text editor for this. The Form Status field isn't repeating or anything, is it?

Thanks for the reply, but this will open a form in a web browser to fill fields. I want this web-based form to be in InfoPath form with the certain layout and background and company logo. Is there a way to do that?

 wow I cannot believe it was so simple. I just used expression when I applied the filter on the value that I wanted, and viola!! it worked. Thanks

Now you see what I was trying to explain. :) So - go look at the rule on the button - I added one rule. It sets the query field in your data connection to the product type that you entered. Then, when the query runs, only the matches are returned. Now, you will need to handle for the case where no matches are returned. Want me to set up the rules ...

Ok. Did you try entering one of those values (01, 02, etc) in the Product Type field and clicking the button? Do you have any forms submitted in your library?

Hello Hilary, I am sorry my mistake. Field 18 is Product Type. It can be 01,02,03... to 10. Each product Type has their own different Product number. In your latest form, field18 is the product number, so in that case in your "Get Product Number" rules, you'd set the query field18 in the Teklif No Form to the selected Product Number.
