Hi Jason Medero,
Welcome to the Forum!
You are this error possibly because your template.xml file does not match your form schema. Look at your template.xml file and compare it with your schema and checout if you are missing anything in it.

I think you should be able to submit without any code. When you are creating main datasource based on database connection. You should be able to submit by using ''New Record'' action in the properties of the Button.

Hi Giovanni,
Welcome to the Forum!
XML node you are creating is ''logentries'' node and you are appending it to another ''Logentries'' node which is wrong according to your schema.
If my assumption is wrong, please paste the error message here so that we can get a better idea of your problem.

Welcome to the Board!
You can set rules on button to set the values that you want and submit the data back to the DB.
Note: Rules that set data should come before the submit.

To access local file system you need full trust, domain security wont work.
I am not sure of vb WScript.Network username but in c# you can get System.Environment.username with domain security.

Hi Jobe,
Your namespace will not be the same as of your nwindCustomers.asmx.
To know the reference name go to the Referenced class in the project and search for the keyword ''namespace'' there you will find the namespace that you are looking for.
I think I am in your context!
