I have a Main Datasource, which is a database connection. I have already managed to be able to update data, but I need to INSERT new register.

The question is, ¿can this taski be done without adding any custom code, nor JS neither C#?

I think you should be able to submit without any code. When you are creating main datasource based on database connection. You should be able to submit by using "New Record" action in the properties of the Button.

Is there any way to copy or create a new record from the data associwted with the current record.  In other words perform a copy and then do a paste append to the main data connection?

Any help would be appreciated.
