I have a multi-select box with 15-20 values in it corresponding to SharePoint users. The problem I'm having is that for every entry in the Multi-Select box that is not chosen, a new line or blank line placeholder gets placed in the output. So when I'm pulling this stuff into SSRS, I'm getting a bunch of empty lines and Trim, LTrim, ...

I have not found any solution to this problem, but I didn't really have time to research it.  I just reformatted, so that all hanging indents were removed.  This problem frustrated me for days.  I'm not a computer scientist, but I think it is a programming error in InfoPath.

Hi, Is there a way to create excel file from InfoPath xml data? When something like button clicked event happens, I want to write a c# code behind to convert InfoPath xml data to create excel file.  Is there a way to do this?  How do I code it? Thanks.

Thanks for the info.  That did allow me to get the values from the stored procedure output.  If I develop my own web service and then simply call it via the InfoPath form, can my form remain Domain trusted?  Or does the form still need to be full trust to call my web service?  I ask because I've only called SharePoint web ...

Typically, forms have to be full trust to execute SQL from code.  One way around this is to create and use a web service, which doesn't require having any code in your form at all.
