Hi Joey, Is this SharePoint 2010? If so, I recommend using OData. If it's MOSS 2007, take a look at SharePoint's List.asmx (site/_vti_bin/lists.asmx). This doesn't do it recursively, but you'd have to write code anyway to iterate. Good luck!

Just use qRules Insert command to copy from both tables into a third table that is either a secondary XML resource or in your main data source. Then, the dropdown can pull from that.
