Hi RBBivens,
OnSubmit handlers to do e-mail? SharePoint Notifications? Event handlers? These are three approaches that might help.

Hi again,
Correct, but you can write code to save the form on submit to a form lib and you might be able to programmatically set the column info, but seems like a lot of work and hardcoded. I can't think of a good way to accomplish what you want. Why are you mixing XML forms and files though?

Hi Roy,
Have you experimented with conditional formatting? Double click on a control, go to display, add a condition and make it dependent on a ''tick''. You can do this with entire sections to switch on and off parts of the view to customize it for the request type at hand. Declarative syntax rules!

Hi Ben,
Before we get deep into the doodoo, can you provide some anaphora resolution on ''this''. What do you want to do first? The default number of rows, or what? We need specific user scenarios. For example, user logs in from NA and gets 3 rows in the table but UK user gets 4, etc. Hard to tell what you would like this form to be ...

Hi Smaur,
You are obviously using code. How about just using code to clear the DOM?

Hi Tgo,
This doesn't make much sense. There has to be a problem with either the form or net config. Are you using any custom controls in your form. Can you attach the solution and the error message or send these in e-mail.

Hi Jo,
Great question! You can use your own schema for your forms and import when you design. The InfoPath namespace is used for XML generated by InfoPath. There are also a couple specific PIs. Try removing the former and opening the XML file. My guess is there will be problems. The PIs will render your XML file InfoPath incompatible. Microsoft ...

Hi Richard,
#1 seems like the sensible approach. I don't understand why you are having problems with the schema. Is the web service morphing? If it changes, you realize that you'll have binding problems. #2 provides a nice abstraction if the schema in your WS keeps changing, and in general is a good practice. I don't understand why #2 is so hard. ...

Hi Belcik82 and welcome to our forum!
InfoPath doesn't support adding buttons to the HTML in the mail message. This would be a security hole and since the buttons cannot function, they look deceptive if left in. That's why they are removed.

Hi Neil,
Yes! Go to Downloads->Free and check out the free evaluation versions. The licensing is per server not user. Let me know if you need any more information.
