Hi Rilliam,
This is documented in our book, but in general, so long as you *add* fields, you should be able to automatically upgrade pre-existing forms. When you change the name of fields or delete fields is when you will encounter problems. InfoPath provides custom upgrade functionality so that you can do non-trivial upgrades for previous forms. ...

I see. Using InfoPath to edit meta data for search makes good sense. SharePoint has a ton of features. I'm sure you'll figure it out and enlighten all of us! :) I totally agree on your reasons. SharePoint has some limitations, but sounds like a great solution for your needs. We do a ton of SharePoint integration using InfoPath but have yet to do a ...

Hi Christophe,
Are you using /FT for the Regform tool to make it Full Trust? If you run the MSI and install locally and run it, do you see an error?
Note: the Preview mode doesn't support Full Trust so you need to attach to an already running InfoPath process to debug it (if it's Full Trust URN-based and RegForm generated).

2. Choose Design a Form in left task pane
3. Choose New Blank Form from the right task pane
4. Tools->Data Connections->Add
5. Select Receive Data

Yes, then you can access via code and you don't have to hardcode the path. Agni, can you paste some sample code which accesses 2DS files?

Hi Thierry,
Tools->Resource Files->Add should add your XSL files to the XSN. If you add it as an XML file, then you can reference it from within the solution using code or in the view by treating it as a data source. How are you trying to reference it? Did you really add it as an XML resource file (note: XSL is just XML)?
