Karsten, Using the workflow solution I was able to populate a Person data type field in SharePoint.  When the form is submitted it takes the assigned to field in the form and transfers that data to an assigned to field in the list.  WOOT! Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction.

Is there somewhere I can find examples of these commands?  I have looked through the forums, and through http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/docs/qRules.aspx and could not find any further documentation for these commands.  Thanks.
