I tried this but the server relative url is not attached in my link when i get the mail? how else can i perform the approval task in a browser so that when they need to go through the form it will open in the browser and not in infopath?????

Hi, I have tested "inplace upgrade" of SharePoint Services v 3.0 ( WSS 3.0 + DBXL v2.3) to SharePoint Foundation (Foundation + DBXL v2.3).  The Foundation works without any problem, but we are not able to keep DBXL, it does not work after upgrade of SharePoint.  I am wondering if there is any wokraround to keep DBXL in ...

You should be able to access the form from the skydrive link I posted if not let me know.  I did think that but there will need to be various reporting standard & adhoc done against the data, all the form data gets written to an SQL DB, so by attaching the budget code to each line item it supports all reporting possibilities & keeps ...
