 Hi Hilary. Thanks for the response this morning to my previous question about installing qrules. I was able to get the product working. I do have permissions to add ( I am actually an administrator on the site) to the list. Attached is my form template.   Thanks for the help. 

The person submitting needs to have permissions to add items to the list - I'm assuming you are talking about qRules since you attached a mapping file? What is your command? Can you attach your form template?

Does the form fail in preview? Or just when opened in the browser? If it fails in preview, you can debug your code to get a better idea of what is going wrong and where. Here's a blog post on that, in case you need to know how to debug.

Just click the "Ignore" button on the message and the form will preview with the compiled dll.

I have followed all the steps to creating an infopath form that submits to a sharepoint list. When I perform the submit, I get no error messages but the the sharepoint list is not updated with the data. I am attaching my mapping file. Is there anything in the sharepoint admin that might restrict this?    

Could you tell us specifically what behavior you are encountering when you try to use DBXL after the upgrade?

Hello I use an InfoPath form to pass data to a SQL database.  I submit the data, then some time after I use the form to submit additional data,updating the same record in SQL. From time to time I find that some forms will not allow me to re-submit the data.  When I look at the XML I find that this reference has appeared in the schema: ...

I tried this but the server relative url is not attached in my link when i get the mail? how else can i perform the approval task in a browser so that when they need to go through the form it will open in the browser and not in infopath?????
