Is this a list form? Do you mean the field is multi-line? If so - is it plain text in the list settings?

Well ick. It seems like the form is able to find the UDCX file, since it is actually logging into the database..... I think I'd probably double check the manifest file (save the form as source files, open manifest.xsf in a text editor) and see if there is anything in the SQL connection stuff or the path to the UDCX that seems off. So, this really isn't possible, I don't think - your column 2 would have to be a multiselect, and there isn't a way in InfoPath to select all in a rules based way. Hi - as long as you have the ID number of the item from List A in List B (i.e., the user selects from a dropdown) you should be able to populate values in the List B form with data from List A. You'll need to use filters on your rules to set the values in your form, but shouldn't need any additional list. Can you tell me what is happening ...

Ok, we figured this one out via email.
We installed Fiddler, and ran a trace while using design checker. That told us which line in which view had the error. For some unknown reason, InfoPath had added "scroll: auto" to the body tag style attribute in the view. Manually removing that allowed the form to pass design ...
