You may have a data type issue. As the article states:Depending on whether your date picker control is set to accept dates or dates and times, you must use the appropriate date format when entering the dates for the years. Here, my date picker control accepts only dates, so I used 1995 as the Display name and 1995-01-01 as the Value when adding an ...

I don't think you would use rules for this. I think you would have another data connection, called "Full List", and another dropdown showing the full list.
If the user makes a selection in Filter List, you an hide the Full List dropdown.
If the user has left Filter List blank, then you hide the dropdown where no values show up and ...

When using Set a field's value, there's an option to Filter Data, and this is what you want to use. You want to set up this filter so that that the Release Number in the dropdown = the Release Number in the external list.
Hope this helps!

If the form is submitting to DBXL and DBXL is mapping to SharePoint, there's no need for a data connection that submits to SharePoint (hopefully your form doesn't have one!).
When defining the DBXL Submit data connection, there is a DBXL::Name parameter, which is then used in the ShP form library as the Name. If the parameter is left ...

It might be hard to achieve all of this on a single secondary data source. Have you thought of copying just the rows you need to another data source, to make things easier?

I suspect the problem is the slash before d:EventDate, but you could drag the QdabraRules > Error, Success and Result nodes into the canvas to get more information about whether the command is working or not.

Hi-
It looks like you're missing a slash before compare?
Also, this is incorrect:
/row=/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:Title
You want the row parameter to point to the repeating node, so it would need to be
/row=/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW
In addition, /compare should be ...

You'll have to find a way to generate (concatenate) the URL you want.
First, go to your SharePoint site and open an existing form in the browser. Copy the URL.
Then analyze that URL - Microsoft has references on what each parameter means.

You can use rules for this, on the checkbox itself. Two rules:
1. If CheckBox=true,
set a fields value to the default value
2. If Checkbox=false,
set a fields value to blank
Hope this helps!

Thanks.
How are the forms making it to the SharePoint form library? Did you set up a SharePoint mapping in the DBXL Admin Tool?
