Hi- Unfortunately, it sounds like an issue with your rules or your data schema. It's hard to give advice on this without seeing the form, or more information about the schema and the rules you are using. There is an Options tab, when replying, which allows you to include attachments, if those would help to explain. Thanks.

Hi- So the form template (and therefore the schema) are based on a SharePoint list? Is the schema locked? When you added the Person/Group Picker to the form, what is it bound to? If you can, please attach your form, or attach a screenshot of the form's schema. You can do this via the Options tab when replying. Thanks!
