You'll need to edit the form in InfoPath (you should be able to open it from the library in InfoPath) and then you can see all the fields in the task pane & just drag the field onto the form. :)

Okay - can you help me out a little with what you want here? I'm confused. :) I'm guessing for each question, Yes, No and N/A should have different values? Would it be okay to set the option buttons to numbers? So when you click "yes" the field will be "2", for example?

Any chance you could attach your template to a reply under the options tab?
-
I'm guessing you published to a library - that this is not a list form? I don't believe InfoPath Forms Services (which is what is needed to render an InfoPath form in the browser) is included with Foundation.
-
What would help me understand best would be a copy of the template. Can you attach it to a reply under the options tab?

Hi - can you try attaching your screenshots under the Options tab in a reply? They don't show. :) You may need to add the field in the edit view if this is a SharePoint list form that was customized in InfoPath.

Usually, if I need the id for other reasons, I add an additional field to the form (not displayed, just in the schema) and use a default value to get back the Title of the item selected - so you'd set the default to be the Title field where the ID in the list data connection is equal to your form field bound to the dropdown. Make sense?

No. Don't run the refresh command after submit. Only run refresh on the "finishedLoading" node in the qRules data source. For submit, the command resubmits nodes with a SharePoint ID as updates, and submits any without as new.

I'll take a look at this to see if I can reproduce items not deleting. Just to be very clear - Refresh creates a list of items that are currently in the form that have a SharePoint ID, based on the mapping. Then, when you Submit, if any items have been removed from the form, we delete them from the list. The two commands work together.

My guess is "yes" - usually it is possible to write code for nearly everything. Your form will probably have to be full trust, I'm guessing. Perhaps this will help you get started: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/webdav_101/2015/12/16/about-encrypting-or-signing-a-message-programmatically/
