Im using generate random number as my method to create an id for each infopath form, but every time I launch the form again, it assigns another one, where I need that number to be static. Ive attempted to put an exception in the rule (on qrules finishedloading based on if that ID field is blank or not). Is there a better method of doing this? the ...

You'll run into problems if you have static fields bound to a repeating control that can more rows than number of fields you have.  I don't think there is an easy solution that will allow you to grow your data horizontally.  Custom code is likely your best bet here and I personally am not familar with how you go about doing this ...

Thanks, this was the route I was already taking, but I am not a JScript developer...come to think of if I am not a developer at all.  I have some VBScripting knowledge which is why I was trying VB and have been getting close but no cigar.  Thanks again.

This is all good stuff and I have done it, but the problem with repeating tables is that data is displayed Vertically (this is going to be Web Browser Form, therefore I cannot use horizontal repeating table) and I cannot match the template that I am tasked to create.Is there a way to map custom fields based on items in Repeating table?  

Hi, I need to switch view on form load depend on current date and time. I have and variable with stored date and time. I need to switch to view A if the variable value is less than current date and time and to view B if the variable value is more than or equal current date and time ? I'm already doing that, so that it appears when filtered in the correct category.  But my entire table is ordered by category.  So when I pull in the first batch it's rows 1- 30.  When I pull in the second batch it's 31 -50.  Etc.  When I add a custom row to the second batch, I would like it to appear at row ...

 Then the solution is to put the radio buttons themselves within sections, so you can hide/show those sections as desired. :) Can you try that?
