Is this a SharePoint List form? Any chance a character limit has been set on the field?

I think I may have see what was wrong. It was my fault. I had the default value for the value field being just #Items and Unit Price. So what I did it made it so whenever #Items is changed, it sets Value to your foruma * #items, and that seemed to work out great. Thank you so much for all your help! Is there a good resource that I can look at ...

I wonder if part of the problem is that the Unit Price field is a choice type. Maybe change that to number?

Alright, so that gets the correct value, so thank you very much! This may have opened up another can of worms though. Now when I publish it to Sharepoint, and try to add a new item, it throws the error show in the pic below. I added number(your formula) to the properties of the unit price box, but that didn't help it. Any ideas there? ...

I changed the default value for your existing Unit Price field. See if this works as anticipated. Save locally, right click, select design to open in design mode.

Sure. In this form, the items I am looking at the Product drop down and Unit Price text field. Please feel free to create new fields, as this more than likely will not be the final form design
