Still not quite what I was looking for. Let me see if I can explain a bit more. 1) user fills out a form that populates a document library
2) user needs to modify one of these files
3) I have a data connection that retrieves the users data that is in the document library

Hi - this is a post back issue. Under the control properties for the drop down, in the Browser tab, try setting the control to always post back, and see if that resolves this.

I have created 3 views in one form, and the views were created as View1,
irc, Category. The form was first published with View1 and on button
click launched irc. However I have added Category view and added rules

Anyone know how to fix this?

For this rule, set a condition that says something like if optionField = SL Office. Then for your action, change the view to View1. 1. If using IP 2010, go to File --> Options --> More Options --> General --> Print background colors and pictures - make sure this is checked off. The other possibility would be under the print window in the properties that you may not have it set to print in color.
2. The control itself needs to be a rich text control in ...
