Yey!!!! Finally! :) I have removed the custom code and it worked. Probably i had something there from when i was trying to "play" with things. I've tested for both gmail and yahoo accounts. Not to be silly - but I'm curious - why are you admin approving a template without code? You can just publish it as a browser enabled content type --- not sure if that would work around the "key" issue.

 I have found the resolution to our problem is when I publish the form to a network share that I use the FQDN\share name.  Originally we were just using the server name\share and had the above error.  Don't know if this will help others but it worked in my situation

Check your dataconnections on infopath, i had the same problem and one dataconecction wich recived data from sharepoint was broken, so i deleted it and my problems ended. Regards.

I don't understand what you mean.  I do have an "update" button where I have attempted to set the checkbox value to True if the orginal checkbox value is True but the checkmark doesn't appear in the box.  I get a faint red box around the checkbox and the checkbox essentially becomes read only so that I cannot ...
