when i am trying to navigate through my infopath form with TAB key it is struc at dropdown field(two), some other dropdown fields are working fine. i replaced them with new dropdown field but no luck.

Thank you Hilary, for taking time on this, where i missed is while making data connection to the document library i didn't check the box  'include data from the active form only', so when i added first document it worked and for the second form it is taking the maximum value available in the workflow column, hence it didn't ...

Here's another thing I'm curious about - The table I am copying over is pretty much static . . . it VERY rarely gets changed. Is there a way to include a static table inside an infopath form so it doesn't have to copy over every time?

 Well, to fill view 1 and then go to view 2 and submit is not a good idea. Users may go to view 2 and not finish the rest  and I do not know how to or if infopath form can do session tracking.
