i am looking for a help on this,

i created three sections in infopath form, section1, section2 and section 3, each section has custom tables, now i want to hide section2 and section3, i submitted the form to a document library and started two workflows approval and collect feedback workflows. i am trying to hide section2 on the status of approval workflow and section3 on the status of collect feedback workflow. i made a data connection to that document library workflow columns.

in section2 properties conditional formatting i set the condition if the approval workflow column field in document library is not equal to 5(completed), and checked hide this control. and did the same for section 3. when i opened the form it is showing section 1 only, but afeter completing approval workflow section2 is not showing up, can any one help me on this, i don't have a clue.

To start troubleshooting this, I'd temporarily drag the data connection you made to the document library workflow columns onto the form and make sure the values are what you think you they will be. Generally, when I have troubles with conditional formatting, it is because I'm misunderstanding what the values are.

Thank you Hilary, for taking time on this, where i missed is while making data connection to the document library i didn't check the box  'include data from the active form only', so when i added first document it worked and for the second form it is taking the maximum value available in the workflow column, hence it didn't work.
