I need some help I am working on a form that requires a section to be printed on every page of the form similar to a footer and I can't figure out how to do it.  I have tried to put the information in the footer properties but it doesn't let you do any special formating.  Does anyone have any idea.

Yep, it's brutal sometimes being a rookie. :)   I finished tinkering with the modifications you did for me. THANK YOU Jilary!!! It helped so much. Gave me a much better understanding of how it should be built. Going to start adding other features tomorrow. Have a very blessed evening.

I have a repeating table where one column of information contains email addresses. What is the best way to grab those email addresses so that I can send them out in an SPD workflow? it seems that the repeating table wants to concantinate the whole row, but I just need to the column at this point.
