add a taxt box control where you want to add date, and in properties set data type to date, and  in the value field insert today() function. and make sure the check box for 'update this value when the result of the formula is recalculated' is checked.

I would like to add a date to the bottom of the form (on form or within footer?) that will update to today's date everytime I save within design mode and/or publish the form.  Example QA Form Rev. xx/xx/xx(today's date). I'm using Infopath 2007   Thank you Vicki

anson, is there any way to display the actual name of the person who fills the form instead of just username, i want to use the username field to set the value of a field to display the firstname, lastname of the same person.

When I submit infopath form using outlook, the email is sent twice in my "Sent Items" folder (however recipient receives only one email). The first sent item contains a green globe icon and with the message header "This form has been submitted". The second sent item does not contain globe and does not contain message header. ...
