Hi and welcome to the InfoPathDev forums.
What you want to do to enable this is to add a field outside of your repeating section that is a "sum" field of the dollar value field filtered by the condition that status = approved. You do this through the function ("fx") for the default value for the "sum" or ...

Did the user recently change their alias by chance? This almost sounds like a caching issue of some kind.
Does the incorrect information that does populate give you a clue as to what might be going on? If it is working correctly for everyone else I would suspect some sort of alias issue for that user.

Hi, according to the book "Designing Forms for Microsoft Office InfoPath and Forms Services 2007" by Scott Roberts & Hagen Green this is not possible as hosting IP in a .net application uses an ActiveX control and:
"...As a side note, InfoPath does not include a redistributable package for form editing Active X control. ...

We did a form for a client one time a year or so ago that implemented a tool tip in the taskpane (DHTML) and my developers had a lot more control over the tool tip there than in the default InfoPath tool tips. You might want to think about something like this as it ...

Hi,
Yes you can do this using the xpath expression option in InfoPath. Basically in your case you would use the function "concat" (to concactenate text & values from the form) to create the email.
I have attached a simple sample XSN that shows you how this can be done
Hope this helps
