I forgot to mention, I attended the Infopath Master Class in-person this past September, so I've got DBXL and the ADWS already installed :)
I dragged the data fields for the GetAllUsers datasource to a blank form and tried experimenting with the filter and Max Count query fields. the most I could ever get to show is the first 100 ...

To explain it better, when I create my form, my repeating table it is populated from a SPlist which in turn can be edited and updated using qRules command Updatesharepointlist upon save.
What if I had qRules Look at my list check for the last number, creates it +1 then updatesharepoint list.

Thanks for the reply!
I've learned a couple of things from
your reply so far, the main one being that I can add multiple tables to
my recordsource. So I am making progress, but not there yet.
In your example above, say I choose Bob (custID == 1) from my drop down list. I want the allergies section only to ...

Hi-It may be possible using GetAllUsers since it can filter. It's quite an interesting scenario, unfortunately, we don't have any related documentation. I imagine you would:1. Call GetAllUsers for a specific OU2. This brings in all users with their Departments.3. From that result, a list of Departments can be created to populated the ...

Wondering if qRules can handle this or something Info path can just do.
When I pull my line Items from from my SPList I get a couple of blank fields that the User has to populate as expected. One being a serial Number, Now i don't want it just to auto fill I needed the User to be able to manually populate the serial for each ...

On a custom SharePoint list InfoPath form, I would like to have two sections, left & right. Navigating ...
