I'm not sure. Is this the same result you see in the form in the field? That is, if you put the log field on the form (or look at the submitted XML in notepad, or look at the value in the promoted field) is the space there? My initial guess is that it is somewhere in the form logic, but it doesn't seem like any of these are set via rules.

It seems that a space is added after each user-entered field for the first row
ie. after "BBQ" and after "2"

I added an extra static field to show the x

Hello everybody!
I'm having an issue with my infopath form, and I hope you guys can clear it for me if possible =)
First of all, I should clarify that there are several restrictions for me (company-wide) which reduces the tools that I can use to solve my problems.
1. I can't use code. I should be able to find workarounds only ...

Yeah, that's odd. Is the "x" something that is typed in? Or is there a rule adding that?

Also, it is showing the space on the field31 of the form.
So it has to be infopath that is causing this.
Thank you

I do have one quick question - If you look at my email that I received (screenshot above)
You will see a space after 20000 - FP Halves for BBQ - Qty: 2(Space)x
The other lines do not have this.
Why does the first entry insert a space that the others do not? Is there a way to make it not do that?
Thank you again

Hello Hilary,
Your idea with an HTML break worked perfectly.
I added
in the rule and it worked perfectly.
I am attaching 2 screenshots if you are curious what I did (or if it can be helpful to another user)
Thank you so much!
God Bless

So - I'd probably put field 31 on the form, add a test button, and set field 31 the way you want (i.e., using the character return) and make sure the data looks the way you want. Then you could check if SharePoint Designer is the culprit. You could also test with MS Flow, if you have access, since it looks like you are using SharePoint Online ...
