Add the same filter to your sum function.
So sum(field1[Field2 = X]) as an example

I do not think there is a way.
I do this frequently but set the filed to the default view name. And then on every button where the view is changed also update the field. You cnanot let them switch from the toolbar but that is rarely a requirement anyway.

If you are in Texas, it has been a long night :)
Yah try using conditional formatting to hide what you do not need in each one.

So if this is the same form.
You are loading all of the data.
Have three seperate filtered repeating table controls that each shows a particular subset.
That way you have the data merged also.

Hi Patrick.
Where are these seperate tables at?
If they are in the same form there would not need to be seperate. You could just use a filter on each seperate view or section to limit it to the specific grouping.
If this is external data then you would need a way to aggregate it into a common source. This can be done a number of ways.

That is a tough one.
I am not sure there is any trigger in code when someone opens or saves an attachment. You would need to check the references.
One idea would be to put the attachment control in a seperate view and then increment a counter when the view is accessed via a button.
The attachment could be accessible on another view before it ...

Are these forms in an email?
only 2007 can have a form in Outlook.
You can save templates in 2007 as 2003 compatible and use the design checker to look at compatibility.

You could use expression boxes and the substring functions to parse the same date 5 different ways
Or have an additional field for each and then bind a control to each alternate field. You can use some of the date formatting but otherwise just text and use substrings to get what you want.
-
Yes.
Go to tools and submit options.
Switch the drop down to rules and add them as needed.

I do not believe you could use the default email submit as you cannot control this functionality.
A better solution may have submitting to a website or SharePoint as a better anon solution since the return address would also be an issue.
You would need to use a serverside email or custom coded email solution, which are both more ...
