Hi, By using conditional formatting we can do this one. Steps: 1.Open form in design mode and take dropdown list box and 5 text boxes. 2.Set values as 1, 2, and 3 in dropdown list box. 3.GO to Text box right click on properties and click on display button 4.Set condition formatting based on the requirement.
