Hi

Is there a way to dynamically assign a fixed numbered of fields to a repeated control. That is I have 3 different real-estate project, when i select the first project (in a drop down list) I would like the form to show i.e. 5 fields, when I select the second project I only have 3 fields and so on. Appreciate your help

Hi,

By using conditional formatting we can do this one.

Steps:

1.Open form in design mode and take dropdown list box and 5 text boxes.
2.Set values as 1, 2, and 3 in dropdown list box.
3.GO to Text box right click on properties and click on display button
4.Set condition formatting based on the requirement.

Follow this steps in continuation to what Suresh said above
1. Enter your Five fields in a section 1 and put a condition on this section 1 that if the value is not equal to Project1 in the drop down hide this section 1
2. Enter your 3 fields in a section 2 and put a condition on this section 2 that is the value is not equal to Project 2 hide this section 2
