i did, that set to dafault i.e. 0. its not a browser form, it's in infopath 2007.

when i am trying to navigate through my infopath form with TAB key it is struc at dropdown field(two), some other dropdown fields are working fine. i replaced them with new dropdown field but no luck.

Thank you Hilary, for taking time on this, where i missed is while making data connection to the document library i didn't check the box  'include data from the active form only', so when i added first document it worked and for the second form it is taking the maximum value available in the workflow column, hence it didn't ...

because he doesn't have infopath client installed on his computer. office 2007 doesn't come with infopath.
