I have this same issue, I have created the secondary connection to send the email form in the body of the email. However, this form gets updated through several steps. I do not want this email to be sent every time it is updated. I only want it to be sent once all approvals have been received from a specific view. Is this possible? Dorinda

I have a list that contains 29K+ records. I have users that will need to be able to type the product number and have it automatically filter to the matching number ex 9812xxx so that all of the 9812 are all that are showing in the drop down in the form. Is this possible? Dorinda
