I am assuming that you are saving it and then retrieving it, and the retrieval is where the problem is. Do I have that correct? Posted to General (Forum) by leoffneym on 02-02-2012 Re: Infopath Security & Trust The popup is just an alert that the form is in full trust, if you press the OK button it should open the form. If you press the More Information hyperlink in blue, it should popup another screen that may or may not allow you to install the Trust Certificate. Posted to General (Forum) by leoffneym on 02-02-2012 Re: InfoPath forms data warehousing This is possible using code with Infopath and the Excel ActiveX object (only way I can think of since you have everything in a Document Library). It will take a while since you have so many forms. You will have to design a form to export all that info, and will have to run in batches so Infopath doesn't go cre-azy nuts as it approaches ... I would recommend 2 rules: 1st: Query your list to make sure your have every new change to it (this can take a while if the list is long, but can be taken out but making sure you can't click the button twice) 2nd: Set some fields value to Formula( max( <list from above>[number appended to julian ... Does everyone have the shared drive named drive X:(any letter will do, but it has to be the same) If not, Infopath can't find the template when your users are opening locally saved forms. Why? InfoPath stores the File path to the template in the saved form inside the headers, and since your forms are ... How do your users get their forms, from sharepoint, email, a shared drive, etc? Posted to General (Forum) by leoffneym on 11-17-2011 Page 4 of 9 (81 items) « First ... < Previous 2 3 4 5 6 Next > ...
